John is the Managing Partner of Secure Parking in the Middle East and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities in the UAE, Lebanon, Qatar and KSA.
John’s business acumen combined with his understanding of cultural nuances has helped him drive the growth and success of the Secure Parking business in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE. In addition to setting up the parking management business, he also introduced a parking consultancy division providing advisory services in the design and set up of many major car parks in the UAE. He is currently focusing on the latest innovations and technologies in the parking management.
John holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Sydney University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from St. Joseph’s University Beirut. He has a total of 20 years experience in the parking business.
With over 12 years of experience in business and finance and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Pamela is passionate about shaping the future of organisations and helping them deliver growth. A high-energy, tenacious and goal-driven professional, she has a proven track record in identifying new opportunities, forging a long-term partnership, and offering clients real and innovative solutions to their problems.
Today, Pamela is the General Manager of Secure Parking in the UAE. In her current position, she manages key day-to-day activities and offers strategic planning keeping the business ahead of the competition. Pamela previously held various leading roles within multinationals and SMEs including Al Shirawi Group, The Arcadia Preparatory School, London Business School, Thomson Reuters, Zawya, and Damac Invest.
Pamela completed with Honours a Masters in Economics from the University of London in the UK and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Samer is responsible for managing and operating all the self and valet parking services, developing the operational blueprints for all locations, training staff on operational excellence and launching of new services.
Samer has been working with Secure Parking for over 12 years. He was previously a part of the group’s operations in Lebanon and Syria, before moving to the UAE in 2008.
Self-motivated and driven, Samer’s customer-friendly approach and his extensive network in the UAE have helped Secure Parking to accelerate its growth in the UAE. He strives for the best of service quality and is an essential pillar of the company.
Khaled is a senior professional with rich and diverse experience in business development, customer account management, strategic planning and project delivery. Through his 13 years of experience in the UAE and GCC, Khaled has achieved outstanding success in delivering parking services and large scale projects for both private and government entities, such as the development and implementation of the MAWAQiF parking programme for Abu Dhabi and the development of digitised and smart parking solutions designated for the region.
With a Bachelor degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Strategic Project Management, he possesses strong technical know-how in systems integration along with strong business acumen.
Khaled is serving as the Business Development Manager at Secure Parking. In this role, he is focusing on strategic alliances and partnerships, while enhancing the customer experience of our existing clientele and providing bespoke solutions to new ones.
Mohamed has over seven years of experience in Parking Access and Revenue Control (PARCS) and ITS industries in the UAE and the GCC. In his role as Technical Manager of the Secure Parking UAE, he is responsible for Car park/CPMS Consultation & Designing, Project Management and Maintenance Management.
Having worked with clients across different segments like Airports, Shopping malls, Hotels, Residence and Hospitals, he is able to analyse and recommend ideal parking and ITS solutions that are tailored to the client’s specific requirements. He possesses superior problem solving and time management skills that enable to him to handle several complex projects simultaneously.
Mohamed Thoufeek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from Anna University, Chennai and Diploma in Computer Technology (DCT) from AVC Polytechnic College Mayiladuthurai.
Ramesh is a Qualified Financial Accountant having more than 18 years of experience in Gulf including 15 years in the UAE alone.
He manages a team of Senior and Junior Accountants in branches and projects within the UAE, covering all aspects of financial management including cash management, debt recoveries, disbursal of payments, monthly client invoicing, finalisation of project costing and project payables.
Ramesh is also closely involved in the implementation and supervision including testing and commissioning of the parking management system with respect to reporting and revenue aspects.
He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University in India and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Indo-German Education Mumbai- India.
Salahuddin is an HR Professional with over 18 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources Management. He is competent in developing and aligning human resources strategies with business goals. He has an MBA in HR and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, USA.
At Secure Parking, he is responsible for HR Management and is leading a team of HR specialists who handle HR Operations, Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits and other aspects of HR.
Rae is an experienced Civil Engineer from the Philippines. She has over 6 years of relevant experience in similar engineering roles both in the Philippines as well as the UAE. At Secure Parking, Rae is directly involved in issuing drawings to support the technical design review studies that we develop for major car parks in the UAE.
Rae is responsible for all parking studies, covering parking master planning, static capacity analysis, detailed design review and parking management system design such as allocation of areas, road network, traffic flow and circulation, special needs, type and layout of access control equipment, signage and way findings.
