In the UAE, Secure Parking has been maximising the performance of car parks at a number of prestigious properties. Our clientele includes names such as Meraas, Jumeirah Group, Union Properties, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) to name just a few. Below are some of our key projects and highlights of the services we provide:
For the City Walk 2 car park comprising of 1,435 parking bays, we installed and commissioned a state-of-the-art parking management system and parking guidance system with value added technologies such as Secure-A-Spot Online Booking System, RFID-based payment system, SMS Payment. We presently operate and manage its car park and valet parking. Secure Parking has also been awarded a contract for the supply and installation of the parking management system within the City Walk Residence.
We successfully managed and operated the DIFC Car Park for 10 years from 2006 until June 2016. We established car park design guidelines and strategies, provided car park management and valet parking services at the Gate District and Gate Village car parks. Secure Parking helped many major developers, including Al Fattan Currency House, Buildings by Daman, Emirates Financial Towers and Damac Properties to set up their parking facilities within the DIFC. In addition to various car park management services, we provided retails outlets at DIFC such as Zuma, Capital Club, Gramercy, La Petit Maison and several others valet parking services.
Through a tender process, Secure Parking was awarded a contract from Jumeirah Group for the Madinat Jumeirah car park management. Following which, we installed the SkiData systems at the facility. Since August 2014, we are also managing the car parking and valet parking operations at this property. We have currently deployed 18 parking staff and 20 valet drivers at the venue, which welcomes up to 200 cars per day for valet parking.
We started valet parking service for Raffles Dubai Hotel in April 2010. We reviewed the parking design and functionality allocated for valet parking and made improvements to the ticket design, uniforms and general parking imageries. Our quality assurance approach for the hotel covers customer service, punctuality, readiness and claims management. We have Arabic-speaking valet attendants on-site and effortlessly manage parking arrangements for a large numbers of events hosted at this prestigious property.
We were awarded a five-year contract by Union Properties for the installation of the parking management systems and operation of the car park and valet services at the Uptown Mirdiff. We installed a new Designa Systems including three dispensers, three exit readers, four payment machines and a web-based online validation system to cater to its several retail outlets. Since November 2015, we are managing the self-parking operations here and have deployed over 21 staff onsite. We manage in excess of 4,000 cars per day.
From managing the South Car Park covering 2,500 spaces in 2012, now our contract also covers the North Car Park. We are also responsible for the valet parking services for the offices, retail outlets, the Galleria, Four Seasons Hotel and Rosewood Hotel. The operations contract was awarded following the successful fulfillment of our consultancy services for reviewing the parking and traffic management. After the initial review, we had installed Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Management and Parking Guidance systems. Currently, we employ over 60 staff at the financial centre.
Secure Parking was chosen by Aldar in September 2014 for the operation and maintenance of the parking management systems, parking guidance system and operation of the car park and valet parking services for the World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi. We currently manage and operate over 5,000 parking spaces and deploy over 35 staff onsite for managing both self-parking and valet operations. We also handle the valet services for the Courtyard Marriott at the World Trade Centre.
