Below are some of our key projects and highlights of the services we provide:
THE BEACH
The Beach by Meraas is a prominent and busy destination whereas the car park has more than 1000 parking spaces. Secure Parking has installed a state of the art Amano Parking Management system and we are in charge of managing car park operation along with the comprehensive maintenance of the installed equipment that includes parking guidance system, parking management system and integrated online shop validation solution.
CITY WALK Mall
City Walk Mall car park comprising of 1,435 parking bays, we installed and commissioned a state-of-the-art parking management system and parking guidance system with value added technologies such as Secure-A-Spot Online Booking System, RFID-based payment system, SMS Payment. We presently operate and manage its car park and valet parking. Secure Parking has also been awarded a contract for the supply and installation of the parking management system within the City Walk Residence.
CITY WALK BOULEVARD
This renowned development by Meraas with over 3,000 parking spaces distributed across 18 standalone residential and retail blocks. We have installed an advanced Amano Parking management system to control and operate the residential and visitors car park alike. We are also looking after the day to day parking operation and management along with system support and maintenance.
SOUK MADINAT JUMEIRAH
Through a tender process, Secure Parking was awarded a contract from Jumeirah Group for the Madinat Jumeirah car park management. Following which, we installed the SkiData systems at the facility. Since August 2014, we are also managing the car parking and valet parking operations at this property. We have currently deployed 18 parking staff and 20 valet drivers at the venue, which welcomes up to 200 cars per day for valet parking.
MSQUARE
Msquare is a prestigious mixed-use development by AW Rostamani. Secure Parking has provided a tailored parking advisory services followed by a complete supply installation and setup of Amano parking management system and advanced cloud technologies. We are also in charge of providing a comprehensive system maintenance along with parking operations and management across residential, offices and visitors car parks.
DUBAI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The multistory car park facility by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) is adjustment to Dubai Chamber Head quarter building and it caters for offices, restaurants and several retail shops. Secure parking has been awarded the contract to equip the parking facility with an advance and automated Amano parking management system and Portier parking guidance system. We are also in charge of the maintenance of the installed systems along with the integration with Dubai Chamber back-end systems.
DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
We successfully managed and operated the DIFC Car Park for 10 years from 2006 until June 2016. We established car park design guidelines and strategies, provided car park management and valet parking services at the Gate District and Gate Village car parks. Secure Parking helped many major developers, including Al Fattan Currency House, Buildings by Daman, Emirates Financial Towers and Damac Properties to set up their parking facilities within the DIFC. In addition to various car park management services, we provided retails outlets at DIFC such as Zuma, Capital Club, Gramercy, La Petit Maison and several others valet parking services.
WORLD TRADE CENTRE IN ABU DHABI
Secure Parking was chosen by Aldar in September 2014 for the operation and maintenance of the parking management systems, parking guidance system and operation of the car park and valet parking services for the World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi. We currently manage and operate over 5,000 parking spaces and deploy over 35 staff onsite for managing both self-parking and valet operations. We also handle the valet services for the Courtyard Marriott at the World Trade Centre.
SHAMS BOUTIK DEVELOPMENT
Secure Parking began parking operations at Shams Boutik, starting with the Sun & Sky Towers and Boutik Mall in 2017. We provided services and installed an advanced and automated parking management system. We are currently responsible for valet parking and self-parking service as well as on-going maintenance of the installed systems. In 2018, we added Shams Boutik – The Gates Towers and The Arc to our portfolio.
AL SEEF DEVELOPMENT
Located along the shores of Dubai’s creek, close to the Al Fahidi cultural neighbourhood, Al Seef is a bustling destination, spread over 1.8km. Secure Parking was appointed the car park operator of this prestigious development by Meraas. We provided consultancy services ahead of installing the car park management systems. We are also responsible for managing valet and self-parking operations as well as the periodical maintenance of the equipment to ensure a frictionless and smooth car parking experience.
KITE BEACH
The Kite Beach is a recreational development located in Jumeirah 3, it is a destination for many adventurous and sports activities. There are many restaurants, food trucks and cafes and the development also hosts different events and festivals. Secure Parking has installed a state-of-the-art Amano Parking Management system at the Kite Beach’s car park, we are also in charge of managing car park operation for 24 hours, 7 days a week along with the comprehensive maintenance of the installed equipment that includes parking management system, E-ticketing, pre-booking solutions and integrated online shop validation solution.
THE GALLERIA
The Galleria Al Maryah Island is Abu Dhabi’s super-regional mall in the heart of the city. The property has over 4,000 spaces distributed in 4 basement parking levels. Secure Parking operates a well-designed valet parking service at The Galleria Al Maryah Island. We have installed a state-of-the-art Valet Automation System to run a smooth and convenient valet parking operations.
THE CIRCLE MALL
The Circle Mall is one of the latest developments by Nakheel, located in Jumeirah Village Circle. There are over 1,000 parking spaces distributed in 2 basement levels of the car parking facility. Secure Parking operates a well-designed and a bespoke valet parking service that ensure a smooth and convenient parking operation at all times for the visitors of Circle Mall.
THE ESPLANADE
The Esplanade is a mixed use development, newly developed and located in front of mall of the emirates in Al Barsha 1 Dubai. This development contains 600,000 SF of retail space and unique outdoor entertainment courts. Secure Parking has installed the Amano Smart Parking Management System at The Esplanade’s car park offering many advanced features and technologies such as ANPR Cameras, Exit Pay machines, QR Code Readers, shop validation and others.
